With this integration, you can send Appcues survey and event data to HubSpot, allowing you to keep leads and contact records up to date based on actual product behavior. You can use it to:

  • Send highly targeted, behavioral emails
  • Create personalized ad campaigns that drive further product adoption
  • Keep your sales team in the loop about how leads are using the product

In addition, you can send HubSpot data to Appcues to personalize your product experience based on CRM and marketing data. Use it to:

  • Target Appcues flows based on customer lifecycle stage
  • Bring in data that is stored in your CRM like plan tier, revenue, company name, etc.
  • Measure success of your Appcues flows based on customer conversion and much more

One step closer to a world without functional silos

The best customer experiences are seamless and personalized no matter the touchpoint. But they're hard to create. We believe in a world without functional silos, in which product teams and go-to-market teams are aligned around what’s best for both the user and the commercial goals of the business. But data silos are still a major challenge in making this world a reality.

Last year, we released a bidirectional Salesforce integration as our first step in breaking down these silos. And today's HubSpot integration is an exciting next step in this direction. What's next? We have a Zendesk integration coming soon that will help unify product and customer support!
