About this integration
The Appcues + ChatGPT integration uses the Appcues Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to securely connect your Appcues account with ChatGPT.
This gives ChatGPT access to your product experiences, performance data, and account setup, so conversations are grounded in your real Appcues context instead of generic advice.
Use ChatGPT as an extension of your Appcues workspace when you want to think, explore, or plan outside the Appcues UI.
- Ask questions about how specific Flows, Pins, or Launchpads are performing
- Explore drop-off, engagement, or adoption patterns across experiences
- Get recommendations for what to build next based on real user behavior
- Sanity-check targeting logic, sequencing, or rollout plans
- Explore “what if” scenarios before making changes inside Appcues
Access is read-only and respects the same roles and permissions as your Appcues account.
