Crossfunctional team project? We do a lot of those over here! I’ve gone through quite a few iterations to keep everything organized—but this handy template helped me create a central source of truth for goals, meeting notes, and progress.
About this template
For major projects involving multiple teams—this template keeps teams aligned and serves as a central update point for the organization.
The template is split into 4 sections:
- Overview page: outlines key project metrics, high-level to-do’s, open questions, and project background
- Team meetings: A central repository to house recurring meeting notes
- Action plan: task tracking by due date, team member with links to additional resources
Recap and learnings: Questions to guide the postmortem discussion for key learnings and metrics
